White belts to arrive at 12.50pm, to start at 1.00pm.
Orange belts to arrive 13.50pm and wait in corridor until asked to enter hall.
Green belts to arrive for terminology test 14.15pm.
Brown belts to arrive for terminology test 15.15pm.
Red belts to arrive for terminology test 16.15pm.
We need to clear the hall by 6pm.
