July saw Ely & Witchford members join the GB’s World Championship team in Greensboro, NC, USA for the 2024 WTSDA World Championships.
The event drew over 1400 Tang Soo Do practitioners from around the globe and saw Team GB showcasing their exceptional skills and expertise to clinch multiple victories across forms, weapons, and sparring categories.
Led by Grandmaster M. Khan and his team of dedicated and talented Masters, Team GB dominated the competition with their unparalleled precision, strength, and technique. The students displayed exceptional sportsmanship and determination throughout the championship, earning admiration from family, friends, and fellow competitors.
As the championship ended, results were totalled and Team GB achieved a fantastic medal haul of 37 Golds, 35 Silvers, 48 Bronzes and 4 Grand Champion Cups from 64 competitors, underscoring their status as one of the most formidable teams in the world of Tang Soo Do.
